We’ll begin outdoors, jamming by the fire beneath the Hunter’s Moon, then
move indoors for our guided Yoga Nidra Chakra Meditation and Sonic Sound Journey.
🌔A few cozy reminders🌖
🔥 Layers are encouraged! Bring a warm blanket to snuggle into while we gather by the fire.
🎶 Bring an instrument if you feel called! Guitars, drums, shakers, or your voice are all welcome. I’ll have additional percussion instruments to share!
🌔🏹 For meditation: You’re invited to bring a yoga mat or cushion, pillows, blankets, or anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
🥰I’ll have extra pillows and blankets available, and chairs are readily available, too.
🙏 feel free to bring any meaningful totems you wish to honor on the altar (and take home with you after the event)
