Safe in Sound: Chakra Yoga Nidra Meditation

A Fireside Gathering
THIS FRIDAY!!!

Friday, October 23 | 5:55 PM – 8:00ish PM

Connecting with the elements of life • The sacred alchemy of being alive

Blessings, Beautiful Souls

Come sit by the fire as we gather in connection with the elements of life, the wisdom within our bodies, and the sacred alchemy of simply being alive.

Our word of the month is CHERISH.

An invitation to slow down and give yourself time to notice what you cherish, what is cherishable, and what within you is asking to be cherished more deeply.

Through curiosity, grace, self-love, self-healing, and compassionate listening, we’ll explore what it means to answer the call of the self—to turn the heart inward, illuminate our inner truth, and tend to the parts of ourselves longing for attention, understanding, and care.

Together, we’ll share music, movement, and meditation, creating space to reconnect with our inner worlds and the healing wisdom that lives within us. Through somatic awareness and guided meditation, we’ll gently explore the physical and energetic dimensions of our being, inviting nervous system regulation, deep rest, and meaningful connection with self.

As gratitude begins to sing through us, we’ll honor the relationship between our inner and outer worlds. Tending to our inner landscape is not separate from tending to the world around us. As we cultivate greater harmony, compassion, and truth within, we bring these qualities into our relationships and the wider world.

As above, so below. As within, so without. From microcosm to macrocosm.

OUR EVENING TOGETHER

• Gather by the Fire — Grounding, connection, curiosity, and gratitude.
• Community Jam — Bring your guitar, drums, shakers, or simply your voice! I’ll bring additional percussion instruments to share as we create spontaneous rhythms, vocal expression, and joyful connection together.
• Guided Chakra Yoga Nidra — An inward journey through somatic awareness, energetic attunement, self-listening, and deep rest.
• Symphonic Sound Meditation — Immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of the symphonic gong, crystal singing bowls, beautiful chimes, shruti box, and a variety of percussion instruments, creating space for relaxation, integration, and inner harmonizing.
• Gratitude & Closing — A moment to cherish, reflect, and carry the light within.

BRING YOUR CREATIVITY, YOUR CURIOUSITY & YOUR HEART

All voices, instruments, and expressions are welcome.

Bring something to play if you feel called—or simply come as you are and enjoy the shared sounds.

Bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion or chair, and anything cozy that helps you feel comfortable for the meditation.  I also have some mats and pillows to share, and chairs are here as well.

Come curious. Come with grace for yourself. Come ready to cherish the life unfolding within you.

Tend your inner world. Illuminate your truth. Cherish the sacred alchemy of being alive.
