2nd Friday of each month, 7 – 9 pm

Pranic Healing is a powerful way to feel better physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We begin with 10 minutes of easy physical exercises to get the blood (and energy!) flowing.

We then join together in a gentle, 20 minute guided meditation called Meditation on Twin Hearts. This relaxing experience opens the heart and crown chakras, promoting feelings of connection, compassion and peace. It also brings in Divine energy, which we use to Bless our families, our communities and our planet.

Following the meditation, short individual healings are offered by Pranic Healers. Your healer can help you with pain, stress, anxiety or other conditions. Most people find a noticeable improvement after the healing.
