We are currently halfway between winter and spring! The trees and plants are waking up! Personally, I’ve been feeling a profound gentleness where there was one harshness … spiritually and humanly (this is very necessary to connect with others ) supported in my heart through some very deep pain … which is bringing me true healing … also major courageousness and energy flowing through me!!! So much gratitude. Wondering how you’ve been feeling?
❤️🔥A massive heart expansion!!!… sending out love and light and peace and invitation… to come together if your heart is feeling joy, and especially to come together if your heart is feeling sorrow. We need not feel shame for feeling our feelings. This is a time for learning and connecting … There’s a lot of challenges and polarities, which is also an auspicious time … Rumi says “ you have to keep breaking your heart until it opens”. Well, sometimes it gets broken for us. Now is the time for tending to ourselves and one another … no more turning away . This is a time for self healing for self connection and self understanding coming together. Now is the time to unite!
