And…We return to Pebble! (But Zoom will be available for those unable to attend in person.)

Masks worn appropriately will still be required.

We may feel that the events in life that cause our sadness are inconvenient, unfair, or unjust. We may even believe – at times – that they are evidence of an uncaring, chaotic Universe – or a Creator whose powers are limited and whose sense of “justice” is suspect. In this wonderful talk, John will take us on a journey of discovery – discovery of the Truth that underlies all Creation . . . the Truth that leads to liberation.

We live in a culture that has encouraged us to believe we can find happiness in wealth, accomplishment, and achievement. But every day we see evidence that these things don’t bring the fulfillment they promise. What does bring fulfillment? What is life about? If we all inevitably die, why are we here? When we’re not dealing with an obvious loss, how do we deal with our inner sense that things are “just not right.” There are many different forms of grief. How do we weave our way through all of them to find our way Home . . . to Love?

Pebble Celebrations are moderated by the Celebration leader. Participants are asked to remain muted during the flow of the program except for during the time for discussion and reflection, and until called upon by the leader. We reserve the right to remove you from the meeting for disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
