Are we thoughtful about our spirituality? Does our “spirituality” or connection to the Divine guide our thoughts and actions? Are we in the habit of reacting in an instant to news, information, what we see? Or do we take a moment to process what is read, heard or seen and then respond? If we engage in any sort of spirituality, is it separate from the other moments of our lives? Do we engage our Emotional intelligence at all times, most times, …ever? Or do we simply react with rage or anger or fear before we take a moment to think about the circumstances. How can taking a moment to center ourselves not only help us understand and work with our emotions but also keep us in line with our spiritual life? You’ve probably heard about Emotional Intelligence so let’s work to bring ourselves closer to being able to access it and our Spiritual Intelligence at all times.
