Hello Pebble Friends
Rick is in intensive care at St Mary’s Medical Center. He is stable after having low temp and blood pressure. They are treating him for an infection.
The staff there were suggesting hospice for Rick at this point. I will keep you posted about this.
Back in early February Rick Fell and broke his pelvis. His mobility has been very limited ever since.
Lutz and I visited him on his birthday, July 22 and at that time he was quite lucid and appreciative singing happy birthday through a window and receiving the numbers 8 and 1 on two cupcakes.(it was Lutz birthday on that day too!)
If all goes as anticipated, he will be free to receive visits once that hospice starts. Will keep you informed.
