The School of Sacred Ministries’ Sacred Study Saturdays continue with special guests Sabeeha Rehman and Dr. Khalid Rehman. The Rehmans are Pakistani Americans who have been sharing their Muslim faith in Interfaith dialog since the 1990s. Sabeeha Rehman is also the author of “Threading My Prayer Rug: One Woman’s Journey from Pakistani Muslim to American Muslim.” During their visit this Saturday, they will cover the following topics:
1. Quran, beliefs, creed, rituals.
2. Family Life in Islam,(marriage, divorce, inheritance, etc. including rituals at birth, death)
3. Women in Islam
4. Shia-Sunni Divide
5. Shariah
6. Medical Ethics and Islam
