Thinking Loops to Action Steps
I’ve noticed that many thinking loops that spin round in a busy mind has also an antidote to its persistent spin:Some action step. This can be as simple as ‘Stop what you are doing,
notice your body and breathe as you feel’
This may lead to another insight/action where one thing bubbles up to the present moment.
A habit/action has been replaced by a present-moment notion/action.

Your/My priorities have jumped off the rails as a key action bubbles to the top of the action list. Something that feels right yet cannot be explained or justified. You go with the hunch where others may think you’re “Out to Lunch”
Somehow you trust and go with the new flow into uncharted territory. The inner has become vibrant and alive again. And so too its outer reflection into this world.

Some quiet sitting, some movement, some talking-stick sharing and dialogue closing with sound together. All aspects of the practice are self directed. We all can learn from each other.
