I’ve thought and thought about how I wanted to post this.. and the Truth is..
My Heart is called to simply share what it is I am seeking.
I presently live in the Lehigh Valley area. I’ve lived here for 15 years. I purchased my home here in Emmaus in 2005… I was one of the lucky ones whose mortgage went wild back in 2007 and I found ways and means to keep it up until now. I have worked as a nurse in Home Care for over 25 years. December of 2016 I had hip surgery and 3 weeks later I found a lump in my breast.. diagnosed with breast cancer in Jan 2017. Thankful I am for being out because of the hip and being on short term disability insurance through a job. I have now come full circle. I am complete with all my treatments and a new job is awaiting my arrival in Bucks county. I have been seeking my new place now for a month. IT has thus far been challenging. I ‘think’ because my income is just coming from a different means and that I also have 2 cats. These precious beings are very dear to me as they were my companions during a very difficult time. I am willing to share with whom ever responds more details if need be.
I BELIEVE there IS 1 person and perhaps More!! ‘out there’ who is ready, willing, and available to support another in her continued journey into health and Life! And I Believe that is why I am asking to post this in Pebble Hill’s Announcement. I have attended some activities and gatherings there and Know it is a community of Healers, helpers, seekers and uplifters! Just what I need more of in my life now!
what I am seeking:
– a cottage, carriage house, condo, moderate size town home, apartment… 1 bedroom with loft? with den?, 2 bedroom would be ideal (as I also work with massage and energy healing). 1 1.5 bathrooms would be great. of course the usual living, dining open concept makes it easier. A fireplace is divine. A porch, patio a place where I can plant a little something. I love planting pots of flowers on my deck and making an oasis during the summer. A special place to go sit. Water near by is lovely and perhaps there is a park close by. Oh there are so many things we love …
– perhaps someone needs to travel and needs someone who can live on their property and keep an ‘eye’ on things. I would prefer to have my own space.. with the 2 cats a room is not enough, plus I am closing out a 3 bedroom house .
– perhaps someone has a carriage house on their property and their elderly parent lives with them, I would be available to check in on then during the day .. “I am a nurse after all”
– perhaps said elderly parents need medication management? I can assist with this as well. (hopefully with some decrease in rent or something in exchange)
– a neighborhood to live in, a “community of great people”
– pet friendly, I am willing to pay an additional pet fee and have carpets cleaned, and if someone wants to know what kind of animal parent I am, I can get references lol and a note from my vet!!
– the rent ..$ 1100 – $1300 depending upon what comes up.. and what is included such as rent $1300 with utilities included.
I hope is also negotiable … based on what you might need (i.e., helping with parents)
