For just an hour, right after church, help us clean out vegetation gone wild all around our buildings. Bring pruning tools and scrapers to pull off ivy threatening the Red Barn, plus nippers, clippers, hoes, and rakes–no telling what you will need as we begin to bless our grounds with our loving labor.
We call this “seva,” as in a seva-day, and it represents the practice of spiritual servanthood, in which we voluntarily and selflessly dedicate our time and energy to benefit the higher purpose that is Pebble Hill.
Exercise your body; satisfy your spirit!
Hope to see you there!
Many hands make light work!
