Dear Pebble Hill Friends,
Upcoming Town Hall Meeting
As you may know, our Council President and Vice President have resigned and are moving forward into the next phase of their journey. In response to these changes, Council is organizing a Town Hall meeting immediately following the Celebration on Sunday, April 19. This gathering will provide an opportunity for us to share our thoughts and feelings regarding the recent leadership transitions. Additionally, we will discuss the future of our Pebble Garden, which has supplied fresh produce to the Bucks County Food Bank for many years.
Celebrating Our Organic Garden
While we want to continue celebrating our Organic Garden, many of us are no longer able to tend to it as actively as we did in the past. As a result, we are considering new options to maintain and enhance the garden. Some ideas include the introduction of raised beds. We welcome any suggestions from the community and encourage you to let us know if you or someone you know might be interested in assisting with this project.
Pebble Council Vacancies
With the resignation of our President and Vice President there are now two positions open on the Pebble Council. We are seeking Pebble members who are willing to fulfill the remainder of their terms, which will run through September 2026. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else, we would greatly appreciate your input by April 19. Council plans to vote on the new members at the next council meeting, at 7pm April 21. The Council meeting is open to the Pebble Hill Community and will be occurring on Zoom.
Please feel free to reach out to Susan Manning if you have any questions or concerns at 610-805-3899 or smanning6@gmail.com
Sincerely,
Pebble Hill Council
