The passing of Bill Broderick

Bill Broderick passed last night. Details of his life celebration will be announced. Bill was a beloved, long-term member of Pebble Hill.

    Bill was an integral part of my introduction to Pebble. He was a deeply kind man, a genuine mensch without a mean bone in his body. At my first camp, there was a guerilla theater skit going on in the dining room, and Bill spontaneously threw me a prompt. It made me feel loved. It made me feel included. It made me feel like I belonged, like I was now part of our tribe.

    I will never forget that. Here’s to you, Bill, for a long life well lived!
