As the season of Advent begins in the Christian world, we enter a time of looking forward with hope and anticipation to events that have been promised, or at least predicted.  Is it possible to be hopeful and yet remain present in the day that we are actually in: TODAY? 

We’ll discuss finding a balance between accepting WHAT IS and hoping for WHAT IS TO COME.  Come to celebration in the spirit of sharing a wish for the days ahead but also what has been working for you. What practices, habits and thoughts have helped you through the past year?
