From Rev. Larry’s Easter Basket
From Chloe Iceman,
I am so grateful to be part of Pebble Hill Church. What a wonderful gift of the Here and Now. I celebrate this family of Pebble. You warm my heart. I was fascinated by the song Dona with young women singing in the snow. That was amazing. And I always love the song by Louis Armstrong, “What a Wonderful World” and precious Easter memories Larry and Rosalind. Love it.
It reminded me of my childhood and wearing new white shoes Easter hat and Easter dress and the Easter Service and Easter ham. And on the Monday following Easter the boys would go out in their car with buckets of water going to the girls home and flushing them out and throwing water on them and saying Christ is risen. Then on Easter Tuesday the girls would go out in their car full of buckets of water flush the guys out of their homes and throw water on them saying Christ is risen. That was so much fun. And that’s how we greeted each other in church with those words. Christ is risen indeed he is repeat the answer.
About the hugging, we can all practice hugging ourselves. It’s a way of giving ourselves love and after all, we’re all one. so we’re hugging each other in that way. And I Love. “This Little Light of Mine”, by Bruce Springsteen. It was so up and happy.
Thank you thank you Celebration Team! You’re doing a wonderful job and I am grateful very grateful that I am here now with Pebble Hill. You are my family and I love you.
Chloe
