Coaching tip ………Gratitude and ‘could’ be happy with!

Gratitude’s are great, and important in so many ways. “I am grateful for________”. (my housemate, car works, Pebble etc.   Gots to do them daily, not as a should, but for the joy. Why?….. because, they are the things/people in our lives who give us joy, support, meaning. PLEASE, consider adding, ‘I am or could be happy with/about________”. (practiced piano, went for walk etc.  It makes it more personal, and even though, I only practiced a short time and still not very good…… I could be Happy with what I did.  Sometimes, my critical voice comes in quickly, and says ‘it’s not good enough or not worthy of being grateful for.  Are you with me?  Can you see the different slant or perspective?

I recommend doing Both………. 1- Grateful for_______ and  2-Happy about _____or   could be Happy with________.!  Play with it for a week!   Let me know if something positive shifts inside? JUST DO IT!    If you want to talk about it, give a call.  Norm 215 264-9892.
