I spoke too long, when I talked about Open Heartedness on Mar 24. My Apologies for not allowing enough time for Reflections and Tips. So here they are: * Gratitudes/Giving Thanks…. Super way to keep the heart open. Its pretty difficult to be emotionally closed, if you are looking for the good.  Know what I mean?  Please, pretty please, if you don’t have a gratitude journal by your bed, start it today.  * Be the first to Smile!  Be the first to recognize the person coming toward you is a walking Divinity.  Be the first inside yourself to say, Hello/ Namaste’, if you don’t have the courage to say it out loud. (next time you’re in a neighborhood where you’re the minority, Smile and turn that frown upside down)  * Become a Greeter………..guaranteed to keep you mindful, to whether you’re heart is open or not!     Thanks and I’d enjoy coaching you.  Norm
