housing being sought

A long-time friend of Karen and myself has been living in England for the past 30+ years. He is now back in the states and is looking for a place to rent, say, for 3 to 6 months with a possibility for longer.  A furnished place would be ideal, but not mandatory; but a house-share or roommate arrangement could also work for him.  He’s a retired professional who has a passion for meditation and bicycling, and is reliable, both financially and otherwise.
