Dear Ones,
Join us for the ongoing revival of our community’s garden. We have made much progress, with two raised beds and several rows planted with vegetables. We’ve harvested a row of kale and chard, which are frozen to be cooked and served at church. And then there’s the flower garden in the circle, emerging in a burst of tall sunflowers and other floral summer delights for pollinators and humans alike. Next up is to uncover the medicine wheel, long hidden under the soil, awaiting rediscovery.
Please join us this Sunday July 26th after Celebration for an hour or two. Cool drinks and snacks are provided. Bring sunscreen, hats and your service for planting, weeding and more.
