This equinox, we gather in special collaboration with the talented Sean Youngman, weaving together somatic embodiment, healing sound, heart-opening cacao, and the sensual beauty of spring flower blossoms!

5:30 – 5:55: Early Arrival & Gentle Landing: Arrive early to settle in, create your cozy nest with blankets and cushions, and prepare your body and heart for connection.
5:55 – 6:25: Cacao, Spring Blossoms & Intention Setting: Heart-centered opening with cacao (tea options available), enjoying the sights and aromas of beautiful spring blossoms and setting heart-centered intentions. Together, we plant seeds of creativity, courage, tenderness, and truth—allowing what has been dormant to begin stirring toward expression.
6:25– 6:50: Somatic Self-Awareness & Healing: Guided self-healing practices, connection with sensory experience and creative self-awareness to release winter’s residue, deepen embodiment, and awaken inner wisdom.
6:50– 7:50: Healing Soundscape Journey: Immersive healing tones and intuitive soundscapes will wash through the body like spring rain, supporting nervous system regulation, integration, and renewal.
7:50 – 8:30: Heart-Centered Connection to Complete the Practice and glide back into the world and share the love we create!!! Spacious sharing and witnessing in a safe, compassionate container—grounding and sealing the experience together. Speaking is optional. Presence is powerful.
