MARCH 22, 2026 – THE UNSUNG WOMEN OF COLOR

The Vernal Equinox will be on Friday, March 22 this year at 10:46am EDT.  Join us as Susan Manning leads us in observing and honoring that balance for a long moment of continuous unfolding, and then dive into the essence of renewal we celebrate as the expansion and growth of the season of Spring.  Do we have seeds we want to plant and nurture into full bloom as we enjoy this time before Summer?  Of course, we do.  Are you visualizing and planning your garden?… to perhaps plant the seeds of intention, cultivating the qualities and aspirations we wish to see flourish within ourselves?  Heck yeah!!  Let’s do it.

Joining us from the African American Museum of Bucks County where she is a Board member, Pastor Lugenure M. Davis-Jones will honor International Women’s History Month by sharing with us some of the African American women who are rarely applauded for their amazing work to change the world for the better.  No slouch herself, Pastor Jones was appointed the 100th Pastor of the Historical Bensalem A.M.E. Church in 2007.  Having also been an Asst VP at PNC Bank, Pastor Jones has incorporated her spiritual energies into the world of business and money.  Some organizational involvement:  Footprint for Financial Success (Youth Financial Literacy Program), Christian Women in Business, Grief Assistance Program for the City of Phila, and she is a member of the Phila Black Clergy.  She is here at Pebble to Honor Black Women we may not know…Let’s know them!

Join us at 10:30am in the Red Barn or on Zoom.
