We are beginning our Season of Light Festivals and Holiday Celebrations right in the middle of what seem to be some of the darkest times we have lived in. Let us explore how these yearly celebrations and rituals are rooted in our bones and souls by culture, religion, and even prophecy.  

Diwali begins this Season of Light, and we can all participate in the turning on and up of the Light so that we shine out beyond even our communities. Let us also examine how such practices of bringing even more light into our lives fit in with the Hopi Prophecy and how we can be more aware of how we are a part of that.
