Rev. Rosalind Cauffman leading. This celebration addresses two extremes in Black history: Rosalind will discuss the Tulsa Massacre one hundred years ago in which some 300 Black citizens were massacred and their homes and businesses torched; and Rev. Larry Hall will talk about the holiday Juneteenth and associated recollections from his upbringing in the segregated South.  Juneteenth began as a celebration of the emancipation of slaves in Texas on June 19,1865 and is now recognized in all but two states.

Celebration starts at 10:30 am. We are continuing virtual celebrations.
