I was asked to give a financial report at the last Celebration given that we are basically shut down with the only revenue coming in is through pledges. All our rentals have been canceled so we have to rely on donations. This is the latest on our donations:
Snapshot of the Pledge Campaign as of TODAY
Pledge Status Report for Week 10 05/03/20
Pledge Goal $23,000
Overall Pledge Statistics:
Total pledge amount $10,401
Percent of pledge goal achieved 45.2%
Average pledge amount $416.03
Total number of pledgers 18
Total number of donors 7
Pledge Fulfillment Status:
Amount due as of today $4,423.08
YTD Amount received $4,032.78
Amount in surplus or ($390.30)
(deficit) of goal due
Last 4 weeks Pledge Fulfillment:
Due for 4 weeks $1,769.00
Received in last 4 weeks $2,159.89
Amount in surplus or (deficit) $390.89
As of the end of April for the fiscal year starting in March, our total income is $9,409.03 and our expenses are $5,750.56. We are still in good shape because some pledgers have given all or a large portion of their yearly pledge, we received full rent from our two major renters for March even though they only met for part of the month, and because we have cut back on expenses. That includes laying off the office administrator, stopping trash collection, lowering the thermostats in both buildings, and not starting the lawn cutting service yet. I have a self propelled battery powered lawn mower, so I have been doing it myself. I don’t expect that donations will continue at this pace, so please, if you can afford it, continue to give.
Thank you,
Alan Dench
