I am looking for a roommate, and hopeful that someone in our group might be interested. I had found one, but she just backed out at the last minute! EEK!
It is a 2 bedroom/1 bath apt in a historic building in Doylestown Borough. 1st floor. Hard wood floors/Cathedral ceilings/full basement with W/D, Central a/c & heat AND a front porch/backyard. Free On-street parking.
I am a flight attendant, so am away over 1/2 the month. I average 11 days home. It’s a great fit for someone that might prefer to live alone, but maybe cannot afford to at this time! I am looking for someone very tidy, friendly, mature, trustworthy, and MUST be able to communicate the good, bad & the ugly, lol. Can be an outside smoker. No drug use.
A pet is ok, but landlord does charge a pet deposit. All included $850, based on a few agreements. I’ll elaborate of course. 🙂
