Dear Pebble Friends,

My beloved Ginny peacefully slipped away last night while in her sleep.  Her only request, repeated many times during her ordeal in the nursing home, was to go home–and now she has gone to her true home where I’m sure the mother she missed so much awaited her.  It is hard for me to turn loose, but it helps to know that she is free, clear of mind and full of joy–and will be waiting for me there.

It came as a shock, even to the nurses, because we had been focused on bringing her home–even cleared some of the bureaucratic hurdles and things looked promising.  But she was exhausted; I think her heart just could carry her no further.

We will hold a memorial service at Pebble as soon as it can be arranged.  She loved  you all so much.

Love,

Larry
