Are you looking to nourish your spirit, expand your mind, open your heart, and make a difference?   The School of Sacred Ministries at Pebble Hill Church offers a heart-centered program. Our school provides a unique opportunity to enrich your inner life while learning practical skills, which will prepare you for service in whatever direction your unique path takes you. Our distinctive 27-month program offers you the opportunity to study within a community of fellow seekers. Our instructors are leading experts in their respective fields and classes are taught in a manner which provides you with exceptional thought provoking and personal growth opportunities.   In their first year, students are prepared by studying the great world religions including earth-based, tribal. Eastern and Western Traditions. Mysticism and metaphysics are woven in throughout the curriculum.   In the second year, students integrate their learning experiences and prepare to perform services such as spiritual and grief counseling and rituals and ceremonies. The majority of classes are held on the property of Pebble Hill Church in Doylestown, PA approximately every other Saturday during the school year. In addition, there are nine in-depth weekend retreat experiences held at beautiful retreat centers in the tri-state area. Students also complete 120 hours of service work. During the program, students experience a major personal transformation.   After graduation, our students have pursued many different avenues with their ministries, among them hospice chaplain, performing weddings, funerals, baby naming ceremonies and other related rituals, spiritual and grief counseling, integrating spirituality and the arts, church minister, prison chaplain work, and spiritual dancing.
