Earth Children's Program: The Pebble Hill Earth children are painting rocks, birdhouses and feeders for the garden. Please bring in large, paintable rocks for edging in the garden. Also, if you have any old birdhouses or feeders to donate, please drop them off in the kid's room. The children's vegetable and flower garden is being prepared in the coming weeks. Karen Faerberg and Andy Wright have volunteered to help with the older children in the garden and will be happy to have more adult assistance. We always need adult volunteers to guide the children in this and other projects throughout the year. Spend one or more Sunday Celebrations celebrating with the children in the garden. We also are accepting donated seeds and seedlings. Contact Toni Kistner if you are able to help!

Invest in Yourself Schedule Change: We will be stopping for the summer and starting up again in September. Contact Norm Danis with any questions.

Windows Recycled Art Workshop: The Fence Art Project was such a fantastic success, we are initiating another Pebble Recycled Art Project.  This time it’s WINDOWS!  We will be creating art from old windows.  Bring your creative, inquisitive, joyous self and join in the fun!  We have invited some of Pebble’s artists to join us, too.  Art supplies are provided. All are welcome to participate. This is an ongoing project, and we have plenty of old windows to be recycled. See the flyer here. Facilitated by Rev. Susan Manning and Gretchen Altabef.

Diane is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Community Office, on the first through third Tuesdays of the month.  You are welcome to make an appointment or just drop in. For insight into Diane's approach to pastoral care, please see the latest issue of Lovenotes. *No counseling or psychotherapy services that would require a license in the state of PA are offered.
Pebble Hill E-Lists: Pebble Hill has two E-Lists!  PHCAnnouncements is for Pebble Hill community related announcements and prayer requests only. PebbleTalk is for discussion, thoughts, constructive dialog and feedback about issues of interest to the Pebble Hill community. Both E-Lists function exactly the same except for their purpose. You can sign up for them, separately, here and here.

PHCAnnouncements and PebbleTalk are reserved for use by the Pebble Hill Church Community in order to contact other members for personal or church related matters. It may not be used, copied, or distributed for any commercial or political purpose; nor for solicitations of any kind not directly related to Pebble Hill Church Council-approved activity. No individual email address contained in this list may be copied and/or used separately from this list to contact any individual for any purpose that is prohibited under the commercial, political, or solicitation limitations described above unless the individual involved initiates an express written request to be contacted using their email address separate from the list serve mailing mechanism.
Pebble Hill Phone Tree: Keeping everyone in the loop! Want to receive notice of special events and last minute get-togethers? The Pebble Hill Phone Tree has been created with you in mind. Weekly news and announcements and last-minute invitations that were previously only posted on the website and PHCAnnouncements E-list will be recorded and sent to your home. If you are a computer-free person and are interested in this service, please call the office administrator (215-348-3428) or leave your name and phone number on the door of the Administration Office downstairs.

Paper Recycling Dumpster:  Save your paper, newspapers, office paper and junk mail for our new bright yellow and green Abitibi dumpster in the parking lot.  Ask friends and relatives to save their paper as well and bring it to Pebble on Sundays or whenever is convenient for you.  Please, no cardboard or kitchen wastepaper. This is a fundraiser for Pebble.  Good for Pebble and good for the environment!

The Pebble Pen:  Our beloved Mulberry Tree is gone, but not forgotten.  Its memory and energy lives on in the wood from the tree.  Wood from this historic tree is being made into limited-edition pens by a New Jersey craftsman for Pebble Hill Church. The wood is naturally yellow and the pen comes with or without a clip. It makes a great gift.  This beautiful pen sells for $20 and is a fundraiser for Pebble Hill.  To order click here.
